The Cecil County Division of Human Services offers a variety of programs and services to meet the needs of residents. If you are facing a crisis, experiencing domestic violence, or suspect human trafficking, this division can provide support and resources. The division includes the Help Center, the Child Advocacy Center, The Bridge (Domestic Violence Rape Crisis Center), the Human Trafficking Task Force, and the Child and Adult Care Food Program.

The Community Services Foundation of Cecil County, Inc.
Originally formed in 1993 as the Commission on Aging Foundation, the Community Services Foundation (CSF) was reorganized in 2015 to expand its focus. As a 501(c)(3) organization, CSF welcomes support from businesses, organizations, and individuals throughout Cecil County.
Mission: The CSF’s mission is to foster, support, and develop programs that improve the lives of children, families, older adults, persons with disabilities, and the county’s animal population. The Foundation works closely with the Cecil County Division of Community Services to address the evolving needs of the community.
Family Violence Coordinating Council
The Cecil County Family Violence Coordinating Council (FVCC) was born in 1995 when a task force identified family violence as a major health problem in our community. This task force merged with an existing Domestic Violence Advisory Committee in 1998, forming the FVCC.
Mission: The FVCC aims to reduce incidents of family violence by coordinating community responses and establishing a zero-tolerance standard within Cecil County.
Membership Consists Of: District and Circuit Courts, State’s Attorney’s Office, State & Local Law Enforcement, Social Services, Health Department, Counseling Services, Union Hospital, Public Schools, Parole & Probation, and Citizens.
